Terms of Service

By accessing this website or engaging Exodus Design Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) for products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Exodus Design Studio provides brand activation solutions including retail displays and free-standing display units (FSDUs), corporate brand assets, campaign marketing collaterals, custom bags and corporate merchandise, signage and banners, vehicle wraps, and mobile and environmental branding. All services are subject to a formal quotation and purchase order process.
2. Quotations & orders
Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. A purchase order or written confirmation is required to commence production. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
All orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) as stated on individual product pages or quotation documents. Requests below MOQ may be accommodated at adjusted pricing at our discretion.
3. Payment terms
Standard payment terms are 50% downpayment upon order confirmation, with the balance due prior to delivery. For large orders above ₱500,000, payment terms may be discussed. Approved accounts may be granted credit terms in writing.
We accept payment via bank transfer and other arrangements for established clients. Late payments may incur interest charges at the prevailing rate. Production will not commence until the required deposit has been received and confirmed.
4. Artwork & intellectual property
You retain ownership of all artwork, logos, and brand assets you provide to us. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You indemnify Exodus Design Studio against any claims arising from the reproduction of artwork you supply.
We retain ownership of any original designs, templates, structural tooling, dies, or cutting patterns we develop unless their transfer is explicitly agreed in writing. Design and artwork preparation fees are quoted separately and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
All artwork must be print-ready and submitted to our specifications. We provide artwork templates for each product upon request. We send a digital proof for approval before production begins; production commences only after written sign-off.
5. Production & lead times
Lead times are estimates and commence from the date of artwork approval and deposit payment. Standard lead times are:
- Basic customisation: 2–3 weeks
- Semi customisation: 3–4 weeks
- Full customisation: 4–6 weeks
- Banners and signage: 5–10 business days
- Vehicle wraps: 1–2 weeks per vehicle
Rush production is available for select products at a premium. We are not liable for production delays caused by late artwork submission, delayed approvals, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Delivery & logistics
We deliver nationwide across the Philippines. Delivery fees are quoted separately and depend on volume, weight, and destination. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the courier or upon pick-up from our facility.
For multi-location rollouts, we coordinate production batches and delivery schedules according to your deployment plan. Any delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to logistics partner availability.
7. Returns & defects
We guarantee our work against manufacturing defects. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence clearly showing the defect. We will replace or credit defective items at our discretion.
Custom-produced items cannot be returned unless they are defective. We are not responsible for errors arising from approved artwork, client-supplied specifications, or changes requested after proof sign-off.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production commences, subject to a cancellation fee covering any work already performed (artwork, pre-production, materials ordered). Once production has commenced, the full order value is non-refundable. Rush orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or reputational harm.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the proper courts of Valenzuela City or Metro Manila, Philippines, at our election.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
